Nightmare Monster WiP

Normally when I have nightmares, I dream that I am being chased by some invisible, unknown person or creature with nothing but ill intentions for my well-being and that of whoever I happen to be with in my dream at the time. 

Recently (within the last few months) I finally caught a glimpse of the nightmare thing that was chasing me.

At first it started out like all my other nightmares. I couldn't see the creature, but it was killing people in the general area and making it's way towards where I was. At one point, I get into a car with Joel and Robyn stand-ins (dream-characters that represent real-life people but who may or may not physically resemble them in the dream) in an effort to get out of dodge before the thing caught up. We drive by the scene of the most recent killing, an overturned police car and mutilated police officers. 

Speeding to my old neighborhood (somehow we went from MA to OH in a matter of dream-minutes), we go to pull into my grandparent's old house to try and get them out of the area before anything happened to them, and this thing was standing in the driveway, facing the garage. 

It slowly started to turn and look towards us, I started to scream "Guys we gotta get out of here, let's go go GO!!!" as it started to turn around...

and then I woke up.

I don't usually draw horror... but this thing has been haunting me ever since I had that nightmare. I'm hoping that by getting it out, it will go the hell away... or at least stop being so freaking scary.
